Recently Graduated Midwife

Midwifery Schmidwifery is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recently Graduated Midwife to join our growing practice. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to expectant families and are excited to welcome a new team member who shares our passion for empowering families through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care under the supervision of our experienced midwives
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate and client-centered care
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and continuing education opportunities
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited midwifery education program and eligibility for state licensure/certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing evidence-based, client-centered care
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
